Return & Exchange Policy

At Jain Handicrafts, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you face any issues, we are here to assist you with returns or exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Note: All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • All tags, labels, invoices, and accessories must be intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. Return Request Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via Email or WhatsApp with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

    • Description of the issue

  • Our team will review the request and respond with approval or rejection.

  • Once approved:

    • We may arrange a reverse pickup, or

    • Request you to self-ship the product with proper packaging

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, return shipping will be borne by Jain Handicrafts.

  • In case of approved self-shipping, customers must share the courier receipt/tracking details.

  • We recommend using a reliable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for eligible cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • The replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received and successfully inspected.

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per our Refund Policy.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Products with minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to their handmade nature

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Return Approval & Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected within 2–4 business days.

  • Upon approval:

    • Exchange orders will be processed, or

    • Refunds will be initiated as per our Refund Policy
