  • Handmade, made-to-order, or customized products may require additional time of 5–10 business days depending on the complexity and craftsmanship involved.

  • In case of high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Within India: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:

    • Courier partner serviceability

    • Product availability

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

5. Delivery Attempts & Failures

  • Courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Customer unavailability

    • Incorrect or incomplete address
      the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
